Why Sweet Savor

Pink Rose Collections

It all started when my daughter told me she had to get something for a Secret Sant gift giving group that she was introduced to on Instgram.  The person she received stated that she something handmade.  What to make...she decided that she would make her a candle and that she did, with much excitement, and told me that she thought candle making would be something that I would enjoy!

On October 18, 2018 , Breast Cancer Awareness Month, ironically my daughter was diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy, which started me on my journey of candle making.

The Name "Sweet Savor" originates from the Book of Genesis 8:21 "And the Lord smelled a  sweet savor (an odor/smell or character acceptable unto God), which she possesses.

 

"Pink Rose" visual art, are known as symbols for love  and gratitude and carries undertones of elegance, grace, and sweetness and posses a sweet fragrance.........all positive sentiments...

Little did she know she choose this scent while standing in the candle store on that day, the expression on her face and the adoration she showed when she sniffed it said it all.

 

Hence we have "Sweet Savor - Pink Rose Collections by EWHouston".....Inspired by Ms.Rosewater....Regina Matthews.
